Welcome to BuddyBuzz, an online dating, friendship, and social connection platform operated by Invomarket Ecommerce Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

BuddyBuzz enables eligible adult users to create profiles, discover other users, communicate, establish friendships, and explore social and relationship connections through digital services.

These Terms govern access to the BuddyBuzz website, mobile application, digital features, memberships, and payment facilities. By registering or using BuddyBuzz, you agree to these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy.

• BuddyBuzz is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above.
• Persons below 18 years are prohibited from creating accounts.
• Users must provide genuine and accurate information.
• Users must not impersonate another person.
• The Company may require appropriate age or identity verification.
• Accounts reasonably suspected of belonging to minors may be suspended or terminated.

4. Platform Services

BuddyBuzz may provide: user registration and profile creation, dating and friendship discovery, social networking and matching, profile browsing, messaging and communication, interest-based discovery, premium membership, enhanced profile features, and other digital services introduced from time to time.

The availability of features depends on the applicable plan and platform functionality.

5. User Responsibilities

Every user is independently responsible for: information submitted in their profile, messages and communications, photographs and uploaded content, their interactions with other users, financial transactions made independently with other users, and compliance with applicable laws.

Users must not engage in harassment, fraud, impersonation, blackmail, stalking, threats, extortion, exploitation, unlawful solicitation, or any prohibited activity.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Create fake profiles or impersonate another individual.
• Harass, threaten, or stalk another user.
• Upload illegal, obscene, or exploitative content.
• Distribute private photographs without permission.
• Engage in financial fraud, phishing, or scamming.
• Promote trafficking or unlawful exploitation, or use the platform for money laundering.
• Upload malicious software, scrape platform data, or bypass payment systems.

7. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit. Users grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, and transmit such content to the extent necessary to operate the platform and provide requested services. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to lawful retention, backups, security, and dispute-resolution requirements.

8. Payments and Razorpay

BuddyBuzz accepts payments through Razorpay and other authorised payment service providers. Available methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, and other payment methods enabled by the gateway.

9. Subscriptions and Renewals

Where paid memberships or recurring subscriptions are offered:

• Subscription prices, billing frequency, and renewal conditions are clearly disclosed.
• Recurring payment mandates are obtained through the applicable authorised process.
• Users may cancel future renewals through available account settings or customer support.
• Cancellation does not automatically reverse a completed transaction. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Independent User Conduct & Intermediary Protection

BuddyBuzz is a digital intermediary platform through which independent users interact. Each user remains individually responsible for their statements, communications, conduct, uploaded content, and transactions. The Company does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the identity, background, or intentions of every user. Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Company shall not be responsible for independent unlawful acts of users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users shall indemnify the Company and its directors, officers, and employees against direct losses, third-party claims, and reasonable legal expenses arising from fraudulent or unlawful conduct by the user, material violation of these Terms, intellectual property infringement, or platform misuse.

13. No Relationship Guarantee

BuddyBuzz does not guarantee matches, friendships, dating outcomes, marriage, personal meetings, authenticity of every user, or successful relationships. Users must exercise reasonable caution in their interactions.

14. Intellectual Property

The BuddyBuzz brand, platform software, design, trademarks, original content, and proprietary technology remain the property of Invomarket Ecommerce Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised copying, commercial exploitation, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Competent courts in Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction.
